Rotary Youth Exchange Certification is a process to help those involved in Youth Exchange ensure exchanges run as smoothly as possible and particularly to see our students are as well protected as they can be.
It is noteworthy that 90% of what must be done is what most Youth Exchange leaders in Australia have been doing for many years.
Rotary International has ruled that all students whose selection process commences after the 1st of July 2006 can only be both sponsored and hosted by certified or provisionally certified Rotary Clubs and Districts.
